Frequently Asked Questions:

How soon will you need the flowers?

The sooner we receive your flowers and start to work on them, the better the results - but we can preserve flowers up to a week old if they are in fairly good condition.

How will I get them to you?

They can be dropped off at our studio in Binfield (near Bracknell), or take advantage of our collection service

What happens to the flowers?

Your bouquet will be measured, photographed and carefully dismantled. Each bloom and piece of foliage is preserved separately, to retain their original form and shape. We use a natural drying process which can take many weeks. then the bouquet is carefully reconstructed to its original design.

Can I have a smaller version of my bouquet?

Yes, we can either recreate the original shape and design of your bouquet, or you can choose to have just a few flowers & leaves framed.

How can I be sure you will do a good job?

A. We are specialists in flower preservation and have been trained to the highest standard. We have been operating since 2003. You are welcome (and encouraged) to visit and view samples of our work - after all, you only have one chance to have your wedding flowers preserved and it's important that this is done with expertise.

Will the colours of the flowers change?

Yes, some flowers will change during the preservation process. Red and lilac flowers will darken, light pinks & peaches become lighter and some whites will become creamy. The finished condition of the flowers can vary as this is dependant on what has happened to then before they reach us. Over time some flowers (especially whites) can take on an antiqued look.

How do I look after the flowers before they reach you?

Keep them in a cool, dark room if possible - but NOT in a fridge or freezer. DO NOT spray with water. If you have a hand-tied bouquet, the stems can be placed in water. If the flowers are in oasis, this can be watered - but take care not to get the petals wet - as this can make the flowers turn brown when preserved.

What if I am marrying abroad?

This isn't a problem if someone can bring them back to the UK fairly soon after your wedding. If not, them we can re-reate your bouquet from a photo.

What are your payment terms?

We take an initial deposit of £75, which is deducted from your final balance. Then a further payment of 50% of the final amount when you choose your frame. The balance is payable when your frame is completed - usually 12-16 weeks after the event.
